All purchases through this site are intended for business buyers (retailers, resellers, and gift businesses). By placing an order or submitting a quote inquiry, you confirm that you are purchasing for resale or business use, not personal consumption.
Product prices displayed on the catalog are retail-level wholesale prices and may change without notice. Custom pricing may be offered through the quote inquiry process. Prices on accepted quotes are fixed for the duration of that quote's validity period.
Each product variant has a minimum order quantity (MOQ) which is enforced at checkout. MOQ exists to ensure orders are economically viable for both parties. Quantities below the stated MOQ will be automatically adjusted to the minimum.
Payment is currently accepted via PayPal (manual transfer). Orders are not fulfilled until payment has been verified. After submitting payment, click "I've sent payment" in your order page. Our team will verify receipt within one business day and confirm by email.
Orders are fulfilled from the United States or China depending on product availability and your selected shipping preference. Estimated shipping times vary by destination. We will provide tracking information once your order ships. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or carriers.
Due to the wholesale nature of our business, we do not accept returns on correctly fulfilled orders. If you receive items that are damaged, incorrect, or significantly not as described, please contact us at hello@suzycrystal.com within 7 days of receipt. We will review each case and work toward a fair resolution.
Orders may be cancelled before payment is confirmed. Once payment has been verified and fulfillment has begun, cancellations are not accepted. To request a cancellation, email hello@suzycrystal.com as soon as possible.
All crystal and mineral products are natural materials. Color, size, and pattern may vary between batches. Product images are representative and actual items may differ slightly. We apply consistent grading standards to every batch to maintain quality.
Our liability is limited to the value of the order in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this site or purchased products.
